Statement of Intent

Patient Data has now been uploaded to the Summary Care Record unless patients have specifically opted out of this scheme. Patients records are collected electronically via the GP2GP electronic system wherever possible when a patient registers with the Practice. Patients can already request prescriptions on line and make appointments on line, however, we will also be enabling in the future on line access to part of your medical record if you would like to view this. In the meantime, should you wish to view your medical record then this request needs to be put in writing to the practice manager and please note there will be a charge made for this. Feedback about the practice will also be available shortly on line but currently available on NHS website or by email to the practice manager or forms available in reception at the practice.
