Online Patient Services

The majority of our Routine appointments are available via the reception team, this is to ensure you are booked in to see the right health care professional. We will be updating our online Routine appointment availability soon. Please contact Reception after 10:30 to book a Routine appointment.

Registering for the online system

The registration is simple – but for security we will need you to come into the surgery with a Photo ID (valid UK passport, driving license, etc.) before we give you your login details.

Please allow one hour from registration before you log into the system for the first time.

Clearly if we find that someone is booking appointments needlessly, or abusing the system in any other way, then we will cancel their online account.

Patient Access to Medical Records on-line

You can now access your records online, this includes: Full Clinical, Detailed or Summary Care Record, repeat and acute medications, sensitivities, allergies and appointment booking.

If you already have a username and password for Patient Online Services then you will just need to complete the following steps:

• Log-in to your SystmOnline account and request for access to your records.
• A task will be sent to the practice to make the GP aware of the request.
• Reception will contact you to complete a consent form and to bring a form of ID to reception; alternatively you can download form here.
• Once the ID has been presented, the GP will be notified to check your record is up to date and complete.

If you do not have a username and password yet, please come into the surgery, where you can ask for registration to online services and collect a consent form. Alternatively, you can download the form here and bring to the surgery already completed. You will still need to present your ID at reception before access to SystmOnline is granted.
