We are delighted to inform you that we have invested in Lexacom, a digital dictation and transcription service. It enables authorised users to dictate notes, which are then transcribed either via speech recognition software or by designated transcription staff. This service supports efficient and accurate clinical record-keeping while ensuring compliance with data protection and information governance standards, and more importantly…it means we are able to spend more time with you as opposed to writing up notes.
